A Note of Note

And a friendly welcome to everyone who's visiting for the first time because Boston 1775 became one of Blogger's "Blogs of Note" today!

  1. Just discovered your blog today: very interesting! I'm going to check out the book Children in Colonial America, as I'm currently writing a novella about waifs in early twentieth-century Russia. A dissimilar topic, I know, but the new book including an essay of yours has me intrigued.

  2. Thanks for welcoming us. Being from the Boston area, I had to see a blog about our world. Thank you for putting up such a detailed and comprehensive resource.

  3. Very nice site! I'll be sure to bookmark this one for future reference. I've been thinking of starting my own blog on the USS Monitor since I did my senior thesis on the subject and the new museum will be open soon in Virginia and your blog has given me some inspiration!
I love all the little details you include that bring history closer to our own world, like the names of people who participated in the Tea Party, etc.
    Keep up the good work!
