- The Omohundro Institute of Early American History and Culture, publisher of the William & Mary Quarterly, is having its annual meeting at Suffolk University in Boston on 6-8 June.
- The Mass History conference on “Sustaining the Future of Massachusetts History” will take place at on 9 June at Holy Cross College in Worcester. It’s co-sponsored by Mass Humanities, the University of Massachusetts Amherst Program in Public History, and the Massachusetts Historical Society.
- This year’s Dublin Seminar, with a focus on “New England and the Caribbean,” will convene at the White Church in Deerfield on 14-16 June.
Looking ahead, the New England Historical Association has issued a call for papers on any historical topic for its meeting at Endicott College in Beverly on 25 Oct 2008. The deadline is 15 June.
As a result, I might well post fewer original words here for a while, and more links to other places.
